Let’s meet for the FIRST time and get to know each other! It’s sometimes hard to talk to a “stranger”, but I promise I will do everything possible to make you feel comfortable. We will go over life histories, issues at hand, goals and outcomes desired. I love meeting new people and getting to know them & their families.

$135 for your first 60-90 minute session (Individual, Couples and Teens)

Marriage is HARD! That’s just the truth. It takes commitment, love, and compromise. Working with couples is one of my favorite things to do. ANY COUPLE can benefit from a 3rd “unbiased” party. These sessions can be fun, difficult, interesting and enlightening. I always tell my clients that most everything in a marriage is NEGOTIABLE. If you are interested in the SYMBIS Assessment, we can go through that together. Every marriage has issues but working through them can save you years of unhappiness.

$75 for a 60 minute Couple’s Coaching Session

$500 Package : 2 First Client Sessions, 2 SYMBIS assessments sent via email and 3 additional sessions that can be used for an individual or couple session. (Saving you $80)

Parenting is the number one MOST important job there is.  We frame the future by how we parent our children. But why is it so difficult ?  Well - they have FREE WILL, just like WE did as a child.  Confident parenting starts with your MINDSET.  Ask yourself what it is you want for your child ?  Is it their dream or is it yours ?  Are you helping or harming ? What are your expectations for them ?  What are you bringing from your own childhood ?  I'm a STRONG believer in breaking generational cycles of toxicity !  Our childhood traumas often bleed into our parenting without us even knowing. If you find parenting FRUSTRATING all the time - lets take a look at what's going on !

Teenagers NEED to vent! Kids that are 13-19 years old have so much going on these days: school, jobs, emotions, hormones, anxiety, depression, and mental health struggles. Sometimes they just need to talk to a person who is “not” their parent. I get it! Having had 4 kids of my own, teenagers need to talk about so many things that are on their minds and we parents can’t always be there. Let them vent to me!

$65 for a 60 minute session

This is the greatest tool ever! All I need is you and your partner’s emails. I send you each a link that you both will fill out on your own. It takes about 30 minutes and all you have to do is answer HONESTLY. Although I don’t see your answers, I will get a 15–20-page report back regarding your relationship. Each week we will go through the pages and cover everything like mindset, money, sex, kids, goals, etc… It is a lot of fun and you both learn more about one another whether you are engaged or married for multiple years. Consider it your CUSTOMIZED roadmap for lifelong love!  

$85 per couple

Don’t feel like driving to my office? No problem! Through my HIPPA Compliant platform, you can just HOP ON your account and meet me wherever you are. Whether you live far away, want the privacy of your own home, the kids are sleeping, or you don’t want to leave your couch – it makes no difference to me! Many of my clients are enjoying this NEW option as it is convenient and can fit into any lifestyle.

WHAT does that mean?? It’s a concept I thought of while talking to one of my clients. I thought, “wouldn’t this be cool if we were at a café?” Not everyone has issues that are extremely distressful. Many times, my sessions are lighthearted and fun and just two people talking. Why not do it at a café or restaurant? People have work meetings at neutral locations all the time. Let’s try something new in 2022!
